first mile is lungbusting climbs with little flow, this tapers off into fast flowing singletrack and eventually fire rds and back to rocky singletrack finally bringing you to cedar point, the highest point in rockingham county overlooking the Mayo river
take US 220 to the NC135 exit, park at mcmichael high school in the parking lot to the far left if you are looking at the front of the school. trailhead is on the utility field on the left
